The Opportunity Our Sales Steering and Product Management team is currently looking for an experienced Sales and Retail Services Analyst who will be responsible for Sales Reporting and Analytics. The core focus will be Sales performance. This is a full time, permanent contract based in Mulgrave, Melbourne. Additionally, the role is responsible for: Month-End Closing Activities: Including sales reporting, validation and execution of payments (i.e. volume bonus, commissions) etc. Sales Performance Analysis: Focusing on campaign effectiveness, demographic insights and overall performance metrics. Stakeholder Reporting: Covering management reports and presentations, insurance analysis, retention analysis and ad hoc requests. Operationalisation of Campaigns and Incentives: Encompassing system setup, monitoring and payment processing for campaigns and incentives. What you will bring to this role Working experience in a similar analyst role, preferably within the automotive financial services industry. Experience in data structuring and analysis to develop conclusions and initiatives to improve sales performance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools and software (i.e. Excel, SQL, SAS, Tableau). What do we offer?
