Orora is expanding the capacity of its cans business, investing millions to increase capacity at our Queensland site through introducing a new manufacturing line. This is where you come in.
The Role
* Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
* Operating high speed machinery, including performing changeovers, troubleshooting, machine adjustments, and maintenance tasks
* Assisting in machinery changeovers
* Reading and following SOPs
* Contributing to continuous improvement and helping to achieve world‐class operational performance
* Being a proactive and enthusiastic team member
All About You
* Strong communication skills & a team player
* Basic computer skills
* Good mechanical aptitude
* Availability to work across 24hr rotating shift patterns
* Manufacturing or printing experience is advantageous
* Willing to undertake a pre‐employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing
