About the Role
The incumbent will lead the development and execution of real-world evidence (RWE) strategic initiatives and specific programs for assigned therapeutic areas or function areas through customer engagement, communication, and advanced analytics.
Key responsibilities include:
* Executing RWE analyses within assigned therapeutic or functional area conducted internally, with partners, and with vendors, utilizing Novo Nordisk’s Real World Data platform, partnership platforms, and analytic tools.
* Managing project development from idea to implementation throughout approval process & budget building.
* Supporting stakeholder needs identification and priorities, planning, and executing stakeholders’ engagement and overcoming possible objections, managing communication, contracting, and project follow-up with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs)&/or external vendor handling RWE study execution.&/or study.
* Providing input to study outline, preparing study protocol, informed consent, and amendments if applicable, providing input to study and project-related documents (e.g., CRF, CTR, Study Validation Plan), and ensuring availability of other study-related documents.
* Coordination: protocol writing coordination: holding kick-off with internal stakeholders/protocol writers (internal or external), coordinating whole process to approval, focusing on primary data as limited process for secondary.
Qualifications
Include experience in predictive analytics, health services research, at least 2 years of work experience in real-world data interpretation, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, experience working with longitudinal RWD assets, experience conducting non-interventional research, peer-reviewed publication track record a plus, and experience using statistical software, database query, or visualization tools.
