The successful candidate will work on designing user-centric experiences for our flagship products, AXIS and MTRIBES, part of our video OTT portfolio.
About the Products
AXIS is our user experience platform, delivering a solution to configure design, navigation, and content of OTT entertainment platforms at any scale. This translates to personalised and targeted customer-facing experiences.
MTRIBES is designed to deliver powerful and sophisticated user hyper segmentation and targeting capabilities to existing apps. It helps clients monitor customer engagement in their technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify high-impact problems through research and help define the right problem to tackle;
* Evaluate and evolve products and features based on users' needs, customer feedback, usability testing, and insight from UX designers;
* Collaborate with the design team to continuously improve and mature our design process;
* Work proactively with squads and design teams across Australia, London, Prague, and worldwide;
* Present ideas in early stages of conceptualisation to fellow Designers in our units;
* Contribute to our Figma design system by building modular, reusable components;
* Inform and document design rationale and decisions to stakeholders;
* Showcase work and achievements to the group;
Requirements
* Influence and shape the way our products work and look;
* Clearly articulate how user needs have driven your design rationale and decisions;
* Flexible and able to adapt to switching priorities;
* Skilled at Figma and knowledgeable about other tools like Axure or Sketch;
* Knowledgeable about best design standards and guidelines.
