The Role
Innesvale Pastoral Company is a growing family farming business spanning approximately 4,000 hectares in the productive Riverina region. The business focuses on continual, sustainable growth to reinvest in land, equipment, and staff.
In this full‐time position, the successful candidate works closely with the owner and independently as an integral team member. With an increased cropping focus, the employee is responsible for:
* Operating Machinery: Operating an air seeder, header, and boom spray using GPS and auto‐steer.
* Technical Skills: Utilising mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment.
* Logistics: Operating and driving a truck as required for the enterprise.
* Livestock Care: Handling sheep and cattle with sound judgment and basic dog handling skills.
The Offer
A comfortable 3‐bedroom, newly carpeted and freshly painted family home with an electricity allowance provided in conjunction with a work vehicle is available to the right person.
