About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to join a growing SaaS business supporting clients in the legal and professional services sector.
You’ll manage a portfolio of customers, drive adoption of our technology, and uncover new opportunities for growth. A key part of this role is re‑engaging dormant accounts — helping clients rediscover value and boosting retention.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow relationships across existing customer accounts
- Identify and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
- Reconnect with inactive clients through structured win‑back campaigns
- Achieve revenue and activity targets with a consultative approach
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and client data in Salesforce
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Background in legal, accounting, fintech, or professional services is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confident using Salesforce and MS Office
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and commercially minded
