Responsibilities
* Provide analysis and insights to maximise commercial outcomes.
* Prepare, model and deliver accurate budget, forecasts and long‐range plans for revenue and costs, informed by market trends, company strategy and key business drivers.
* Track, analyse and report financial and business performance, delivering impactfully and on time to support business decision‐making.
* Assess and evaluate the financial returns of projects and investments, aligning to company strategy.
* Provide insight and recommendations on the financial viability of capital investment.
* Establish and maintain relationships within Finance and across functions to act as an effective business partner.
* Collaborate, contribute ideas and educate stakeholders to achieve best commercial outcomes.
* Identify and actively seek opportunities to improve current processes, systems, tools or meetings.
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of relevant professional accounting and regulatory standards to support statutory obligations.
* Ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
Qualifications
* CA/CPA qualification.
* Experience in an accounting firm or commercial finance role.
* Proven analysis, modelling, budgeting and forecasting experience.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Strong initiative and ownership.
* Excellent analytical, numeracy and accountability skills.
* Solution‐focused mindset for challenging situations.
