About the Role:
* Loading and unloading trucks is an essential part of this position
* Assisting with stock control, communication with staff, contractors, and customers in relation to general operational requirements is also crucial
* BASIC MAINTENANCE OF PLANT AND EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED
* Complying with daily/weekly/monthly safety and maintenance checklists is vital to ensure a safe working environment
* During peak season, this is a fast-paced position which requires some minor flexibility in hours
Key Responsibilities:
* Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment is preferred
* A passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise is a must
* A current driver's licence, MR licence, and ideally an HR licence or willingness to obtain one is required
* Ability to lift and move up to 25kgs
* Ability to work unsupervised & independently is essential
* You will be keen to learn all aspects of retail operations and sales, and be confident using computer software systems such as SAP
* Meet physical and medical requirements as part of the pre-employment medical screening process
* A clean and current driver's license is required, you will also be required to have an MR license, HR is preferable
