Quality Assurance Associate
Skillfully assist in managing supplier relationships, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Procurement to manage approved supplier lists and ensure adherence to Medical Device regulations
• Conduct thorough audits of suppliers to guarantee compliance
• Liaise with suppliers to facilitate timely updates on products and raw materials
• Maintain accurate records of Supplier Agreements and related documentation
• Represent Quality Assurance in Change Control meetings to address supply chain changes
• Provide critical support to Procurement during the onboarding process for new suppliers
• Continuously review and update procedures for supplier management and purchasing to maintain regulatory standards
• Ensure all QA tasks are completed accurately and within designated timelines
• Contribute to the upkeep of technical files for externally manufactured medical devices
• Develop innovative improvements to supplier management procedures
• Participate in auditing activities related to Supplier Management clauses
• Foster strong relationships between Quality Assurance and other departments
• Support demonstration of the Quality Management System's effectiveness through supplier performance analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of IEC regulations and industry standards
• Working experience in Quality Assurance (3+ years)
• Familiarity with GMP/GDP practices desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Team-oriented and adaptable work style
• Self-motivated individual who can effectively prioritize tasks
• Good understanding of quality policies and objectives

Job Environment:
Our office is located in Bayswater, with regular working hours of 38 per week. Some local travel may be required. We operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with diverse teams and external collaborators.
Relationships:
You will interact regularly with various stakeholders including Quality Personnel, Procurement Teams, Suppliers, R&D personnel, Production personnel, and External Consultants.
