We are looking to appoint someone in the role of Order picker & Packer. Experience with food handling a must.
Duties and Responsibilities
Picking & packing orders
Palletising stock for storage
General upkeep of the quality of product
Cleaning of storage and work area
Adhoc duties as required
Skills and Experience
Knowledge of fish/seafood products
Understanding of company HACCP food safety program and the cold chain process in particular
Excellent communication
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
Excellent organisational skills
We are looking for someone who is a forward thinker, capable of working unsupervised.
Essential
Must be willing and able to work early morning starts. Typically, 12am start to 8am.
Be physically fit and able to perform repetitive heavy lifting. Must be certified medically fit.
Desirable
Fork lift license and previous experience in the Seafood industry.
