Join a market leading company that looks after its employees Based at Slacks Creek, we're seeking a skilled and experienced Allocator/Scheduler to efficiently manage the daily planning, allocation and scheduling of our team, equipment and vehicles across multiple projects.
Why join us Join a company that really looks after its employees Great team atmosphere - enjoy coming to work Diverse, fast-paced and interesting role Work with industry professionals on exciting and unique projects The role Reporting to the Operations Manager, the SCP Allocator is responsible for coordinating our concrete pumping team, vehicles, equipment and subcontractors across projects, in a safe and timely manner in accordance with specific job requirements.
Key tasks include: Manage people, equipment vehicle allocation/schedule daily, ensuring: effective efficient utilisation of resources; compliance with job site induction, employee license requirements equipment regulations; records logbooks are maintained.
Booking, scheduling subcontractor coordination: coordinate external transport suppliers, subcontractors fuel deliveries; liaise with AR manage credit applications/payments; communicate pour requirements, hazards expectations with stakeholders.
Communication Customer Service: develop and maintain strong client relationships; streamline an efficient professional booking process; collaborate with internal external stakeholders for all job bookings; issue uniforms, tools onboarding documents to new staff.
Maintenance Administration: assist workshop with maintenance scheduling tracking; maintain records equipment registers; monitor compliance with safety obligations; order parts supplies.
Timesheet, Docket Payroll Coordination: process delivery dockets with admin; collaborate with job-site managers to ensure timesheets recorded; maintain fuel register monitor fuel card usage.
Compliance, Registers Documentation: manage cross-check register requirements of employee licenses inductions; conduct monthly audits on truck logbooks; ensure vehicle operator check-sheets accurately completed; order distribute PPE; track maintain tool equipment issue register.
