The role involves creating successful business relationships with employers, identifying new opportunities and solutions, and supporting jobseekers to progress towards the labour market to gain and retain meaningful employment.

To succeed, you must balance empathy with a drive to achieve business outcomes. You should have exceptional business development and customer service skills, with the ability to build successful relationships. Experience in providing excellent customer service and sales, along with sound computer literacy, would be advantageous. You thrive working collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
