Our studio is known for professionalism, high hygiene standards and exceptional customer service.
We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist with strong expertise in nail systems and hand/foot treatments, as well as confidence in general beauty services.
The Position
As a Beauty Therapist at NOVAROSE CO, your primary focus will be manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and specialised hand/foot treatments, while also performing a wider range of beauty services.
Core Focus – Hands, Nails & Foot Treatments
Perform professional manicures and pedicures
Apply, infill, remove, and repair artificial nails
Provide specialised hand and foot treatments including exfoliation, scrubs, spa rituals and hydration therapies
General Beauty Therapy Duties
Client care & skin consultations – welcoming clients, assessing their skin and nail condition, and providing personalised recommendations
Facial and body treatments – carrying out facial services, basic body relaxation treatments, and offering brow sculpting, lash tinting, lash lifts, or extensions where training allows
Managing client appointments – handling bookings and keeping accurate service notes in our system
Providing clear aftercare instructions to ensure long-lasting results
Upholding high sanitation standards by maintaining a spotless, well-organised workspace throughout each day
Assisting with reception, retail sales and general studio presentation when required
Giving feedback on service processes and contributing to continuous improvements across the salon
About You
Certificate III or IV / Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Nails or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in a salon/clinic environment
Exceptional hygiene standards and attention to detail
Ability to consult confidently and provide personalised advice
Warm, friendly demeanour and outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work independently and within a small boutique team
Full Australian working rights
