We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with strong administration skills and intermediate MS Office skills. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of programming and be able to multitask effectively.
The Site Engineer reports to the Project Manager and will allow you to gain broad exposure to project management, design, construction systems, associated disciplines, and controls. Develop an understanding of our approach to project delivery, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality and health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the overall administration of the project under the guidance of the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer.
* Develop a strong understanding of our systems and controls, implementing them in day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
* Support the project team in exceeding project parameters related to time, cost, quality, and HSE standards.
* Assist in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, including preparing scope and technical documentation, managing tenders, vetting and recommending tenders, and engaging subcontractors.
* Supervise and monitor subcontractors on site to ensure compliance with our Construction Integrated Management System (CIMS) and HSEQ policies and procedures.
* Perform quality and progress inspections on site with subcontractors and consultants, maintaining accurate reports on project advancement.
* Administer complex supply chains both domestically and internationally, ensuring procurement and logistics meet programme and quality requirements.
* Prepare and monitor quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with project standards.
* Adhere to our Construction Integrated Management System (IMS) and HSEQ policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company standards.
