R. & M. Monteverde Pty. Ltd. is Queensland's oldest and most experienced underpinning contractor, with over fifty years of experience in a wide range of commercial, industrial and domestic projects. Our company is fully licensed, with skilled and qualified staff who are experts in solving difficult foundation and masonry problems. We currently have an opportunity for an office administrator to join our team based in Coopers Plains to assist with project administration.
Working 3 days per week at 15-20 hours per week, working times can be negotiated.
Duties
 1. End to End Project administration including:
 * Assist with project contracts
 * Invoicing
 * Liaising with clients/stakeholders
 * Office administration including:
 o Following up overdue invoices
 o Office supply management
 o Assist the Directors
Skills & Experience
 * MYOB experience an advantage
 * Project administration minimum 2 years
 * General administration duties minimum 2 years
