Our Program:
We offer a structured four-week program where clerks gain hands-on experience, training, coaching, and observation. During this time, you will become a key member of your team, working directly with our partners and clients.
Opportunities for Clerks:
* Attend client meetings
* Observe court proceedings
* Conduct legal research
* Develop technical skills such as drafting, due diligence, and disclosure
* Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing legal education
You will be supported by a supervising partner, their team, and a mentor. Our well-resourced corporate services team will also assist throughout the program.
Social and Developmental Activities:
Clerks are encouraged to participate in firm social events, including Friday night drinks, the end-of-year party, and other social and sporting activities. We want you to gain valuable experience and have fun doing so!
Career Progression:
Students who complete a clerkship may be considered for a position in our next graduate program, starting in 2026 or 2027. This 12-month program includes rotations across different practice areas to help you identify the area of law that suits you best.
