Our client is a boutique financial planning practice is looking for a full-time Senior Client Service Officer to assist their successful financial planning team.
This business prides themselves on ensuring their clients enjoy all that life has to offer without having to worry about the future as well as providing a great culture for all staff to enjoy.
Their goal is to provide their clients with optimum outcomes in areas such as risk, superannuation, wealth creation and retirement planning and achieve their financial planning dreams.
The Role
Your focus is providing implementation and administrative support to the financial planning team. This is a senior role in the business and this will come with all the normal Client Service duties along with the opportunity to progress to Practice Manager in the short term. Duties include, but not limited to:
* Preparing review packs for existing clients
* Preparation of documentation and system data for new clients
* Implementation of advice
* Fact finding and validation of clients
* Diary management and meeting co-ordination;
* Processing, implementation and administration of applications;
* Client database management; and
* Administrative support and general office duties when required
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience as a Snr Client Service Officer within the financial planning industry and have worked as part of a team.
You will also need the following experience:
* 2-5 years experience working a Client Service Officer within the Financial Planning industry;
* RG146 qualification and/or a relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage but not neccessary with relevant experience
* Xplan software experience is essential
* Excellent communication and people skills; and
* Strong computer and Microsoft Office suite experience.
