Event Strategy and Experience Leader
We're seeking an experienced Event Strategy and Experience Leader to drive unforgettable experiences and strategic initiatives across our network.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of owned events, from planning to execution, creating destination experiences for motoring enthusiasts
* Develop and manage an annual event roadmap aligned to our strategic and brand goals
* Oversee logistics, including vendor negotiation, activations, catering, transportation, risk management, and budget compliance
* Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to create buzz before, during, and after events through compelling content, activations, and social engagement
* Foster meaningful relationships with industry stakeholders, sponsors, community leaders, and Centres of Influence (COIs)
* Coach and lead event teams, empowering high performance and exceptional customer experiences
* Monitor social and event performance analytics, using insights to drive continuous improvement
* Requirements:
* Proven success in event strategy, planning, and execution, ideally with exposure to national-scale or lifestyle events
* Strong ties to the motoring, motorsport, or automotive enthusiast community
* Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide network of partners, VIPs, and COIs
* Strong leadership and project management experience, including budgeting and vendor negotiation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through events
