**Your new role**
Your new role as receptionist for this commercial property group will have you responsible for;
- Answering phone calls through a busy switchboard
- Greeting guests and offering refreshments
- Organising meeting spaces within the office
- Office cleanliness
- Maintenance and management of office resources
- File management
- Some invoicing and bookkeeping support
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in your new role as reception, you will be able to demonstrate the following;
- Experience within a similar role ideal,
- Understanding of basic tech principles
