Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for all client and customer enquiries
* Manage and coordinate all office administration duties to keep things running smoothly
* Assist the residential and commercial teams with documentation and compliance
* Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is welcoming and professional
* Support marketing efforts, including database updates, printing brochures, and signage
* Liaise with trades, suppliers, and service providers as required
* Prepare contracts and other key documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
* Assist with ad hoc tasks to support a busy and successful office
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administration role, ideally in real estate or professional services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – friendly, professional and approachable
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* A positive attitude and a genuine interest in supporting others
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Microsoft Teams and PDF tools
