What we need.
We're seeking a Level 2 Building Certifier – Technical Lead to join our client's growing certification business.
With a strong pipeline of projects and an emphasis on quality outcomes, this is your chance to step into a leadership role where collaboration, mentorship, and family-friendly values are at the core.
The role will predominantly be via remote – working from home arrangements.
About you.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified Building Certifier (Level 2)
Ability to self-manage and meet certification timelines
Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
Strong team focus and collaborative spirit
About the role.
Lead with a collaborative, outcome-driven style
Communicate effectively with clients, certifiers, and admin staff
Stay across updates to BCA, NCC, and Dept of Public Works & Housing
Mentor and share knowledge with the team
Run weekly sessions on technical changes and industry updates
Act as the go-to technical expert for certification queries
Balance certification work with leadership, mentoring, and assessments
Identify workflow gaps and take initiative to resolve them
Undertake desktop assessments and allocate jobs across the team
Review projects and prepare competitive quotes
