Administration Manager – Riverside Plaza
We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Manager to join our Centre Management team based at Riverside Plaza.

Key responsibilities
* Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of all income and expenditure records for the Centre, including purchase orders, invoices, and accounts payable follow-ups.
* Manage debtor accounts, including tenant and non-tenant billing, debt collection, and arrears monitoring in line with company targets.
* Support financial reporting, including budgets, reforecasts, monthly actuals, and debtor/abatement reporting in collaboration with the Centre Manager.
* Oversee collection, validation, and reporting of tenant sales figures and annual gross sales data, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
* Maintain tenancy schedules, lease data accuracy, and compliance requirements including rent reviews, insurance, and bank guarantees.
* Provide administrative support across centre operations, including reception coverage, tenant queries, casual leasing coordination, and reporting requirements.
* Assist with lease administration processes and ensure compliance with company policies and required timeframes.
* Support leadership functions including staff supervision, performance feedback, training, and development of administrative team members.
* Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS/OH&S) policies and actively report and address risks or incidents.
We are looking for applicants with the following experience and attributes:
* Have an administrative background with strong customer service focus.
* Retail Shopping Centre industry experience highly regarded.
* Preferably have a solid and sound knowledge of administration systems such as Property Management System.
* Strong experience in accounts administration, including invoicing, reconciliations, and debt management.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Good customer relations skills with accounts experience and risk management skills.
