Strategic Leader Position
This is a key leadership role where you will oversee the operations, drive business development and advocate for structural change that improves women's health outcomes.
As a leader in this position, you will foster a positive and inclusive work culture while ensuring the team maintains the vital service they provide for women across the Illawarra region.
* Lead the implementation of a five-year strategic plan to achieve operational excellence.
* Oversee financial management to grow additional revenue streams and sustain our impact.
* Foster a supportive workplace culture to ensure staff engagement, retention and well-being.
* Advocate for policy change and funding to support women's health and social justice initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with the community, community organisations, political representatives and funding bodies.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience (5+ years) in the non-profit or NGO sector.
* Strong business and financial acumen to manage budgets and drive growth.
* People-focused leader who can cultivate a positive and engaged workplace culture.
* Experience in advocacy, policy and stakeholder engagement.
* A strategic thinker and problem-solver with a deep commitment to social change.
* A feminist leader passionate about improving women's health and well-being.
