Role Purpose

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for the hands-on creation, execution, management, and ongoing optimisation of Audika’s performance marketing activity, ensuring it creates:

* Growth in quality leads, achieving daily hearing test targets and ROI
* Awareness and builds the Audika brand.

This role is integral to our broader marketing efforts, driving growth and making a meaningful impact on the business’s success.

You’ll plan and measure performance meticulously and identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimisations. You’ll be regularly reporting on digital marketing performance, evaluating it against set goals and providing regular updates and recommendations.

Supported by your global performance marketing colleagues based in Denmark, the Lead, Customer Acquisition & Media, as well as our paid media agency, you’ll be joining a friendly, collaborative team that values your input and ideas, and you’ll get to work with a variety of paid digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement performance marketing plans and projects that grow each digital channel to ensure new customer acquisition targets are met, including campaign briefing, agency management, execution, and measurement across channels such as Paid Search (including PMAX), Affiliates, Paid Social Media, Display, and Native.
* Drive growth and achieve performance targets with a results-driven mindset.
* Utilise strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to identify areas for efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
* Continuously optimise digital channels and assets to improve lead quality and ROI.
* Manage conversion funnels and optimise campaign performance using tactics like A/B testing.
* Forecast, track, and report on performance marketing metrics regularly to support growth initiatives.
* Own and troubleshoot the online customer journey as needed.
* Proactively solve problems and work independently to address challenges.
* Stay updated with new digital trends, technologies, and opportunities, advocating for digital media within the business.
* Leverage data and analytics to increase lead generation and actionable outcomes.
* Ensure timely and accurate invoicing with external agencies and partners.
* Build and maintain strong inter-team and inter-departmental relationships.


Qualifications

* Essential: Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
* Desirable: Digital/performance marketing qualifications.


Skills and Abilities

* Performance growth mindset and strong work ethic.
* Highly organised and structured.
* Experience managing large paid media budgets and campaigns.
* Proven experience with A/B testing and developing test frameworks.
* Strategic yet detail-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
* Hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, affiliates, native, and display campaigns.
* Experience working with media agencies and digital vendors.
* Ability to develop and optimise digital tactics, messages, and creative assets.
* Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
* Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
* Project management skills and attention to detail.
* Experience from brief to execution in digital campaign development.
* Availability for some after-hours global calls.


Desirable Skills

* Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Business Profile.
* Experience with CRM platforms.
* Knowledge of SEO and CRO.


Experience

* 5+ years in performance marketing across various channels.
