Retail Pharmacy Technician Job Description
This role is for a full-time Retail Pharmacy Technician to work in our pharmacy, supporting patients and carers with high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
* Dispense prescription medication, assist with outpatient prescriptions and general pharmacy queries.
* Support fertility services by dispensing IVF medications and compounding medication as needed.
* Contribute to maintaining stock and inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective supply chain management.
* Pack and prepare Dose Administration Aids (DAAs) according to established protocols.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to patient inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Successful candidates will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
