About the role Are you a data-driven marketer with a talent for turning high-level strategy into high-impact campaigns? We are seeking a Tactical Marketing Manager to join a global leader in precision agriculture and autonomous technology. Operating with world-renowned machinery and technology brands, this remote (WFH), Australia-based role focuses on driving "external pull" by empowering dealers and engaging customers across the APAC region. In this hands-on position, you will own the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing programs. You will act as the vital link between strategic planning and market execution, ensuring several leading brands maintain a competitive edge through sophisticated digital campaigns, CRM management, and premier industry events. Role responsibilities: Execute integrated APAC campaigns across digital, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and social media platforms. Lead the planning and delivery of major regional tradeshows, field days, and dealer activations. Develop actionable dealer marketing tools and templates to ensure brand cohesion across multiple branches. Manage agency relationships day-to-day, overseeing briefs, budgets, and quality control. Track campaign performance and provide market intelligence reports to optimise regional sales efforts. Preferred skills: 4 years of experience in tactical, regional, or campaign-focused marketing roles. Proven ability to manage integrated programs across digital, email, and events. Strong stakeholder management skills to influence sales teams and dealer networks. Proficiency with marketing tech stacks, including CRM tools and project management software. High attention to detail with a commercial, data-driven mindset. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A competitive base salary of $120,000 - $130,000 (plus a 10% annual bonus) is on offer, along with the flexibility of a 100% remote work arrangement.
