Our client, NFR GROUP PTY LTD ATF THE TRUSTEE FOR THE NICHOLSON GERALDTON TRUST t/as MCDONALD'S GERALDTON & GERALDTON HOMEMAKER CENTRE is looking for Shift Managers for their stores in Geraldton and Geraldton Homemaker Centre. Your role is vital in making sure our customers receive a fantastic Macca's Experience. You will be a brand fan, food fanatic and a people person.
You make delicious feel good food, drinks and moments easy for everyone. You consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness (QSC). Uphold McDonald's beliefs and adhere to our Policies and Procedures.
Work in a safe and inclusive environment, showing genuine care and regard for myself, my team and our customers. Contribute and strive towards achieving the goals and targets of the restaurant.
Qualifications & Skills
* McDonald's Management Experience
* Excellent service skills in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer relations skills
* Flexibility with work schedule - must be available for all shifts including weekends
* Able to train, motivate and lead staff
* An understanding of labour cost and food costs would be a benefit
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Salary
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
