In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our in-store sales team to ensure the delivery of an exceptional sales experience. You will assist in leading and motivating the team and managing expectations to deliver a great customer experience.
**Don't have automotive experience? That's completely fine because here is what we are looking for**:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role within a direct selling environment
- Previous experience leading and managing a team to foster motivation to deliver a great customer experience
- Someone who understands the importance of providing a "customer first" experience
- Ability to absorb information on our products and provide this product knowledge in service of our customers
- Ability to manage customer complaints and escalations in a timely and qualified outcome to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer and the business
- Providing support to the team when required by assisting with test drives, delivery and handover and check in's with the customer after purchase
