Key Responsibilities
* Administer and Support SharePoint Online: Manage site structures, permissions models, document libraries, metadata, content organisation, and day-to-day operational upkeep to ensure reliable and effective use of the platform.
* Implement Best Practices: Work within an ITIL framework to manage IT changes, safeguarding business operations from disruptions and maintaining a high level of service delivery
* Be a Problem Solver: Act as a key escalation point for complex SharePoint and business system issues, applying technical troubleshooting skills to resolve incidents efficiently and minimise business impact.
* Engage with Stakeholders: Build strong working relationships with business users to understand requirements, translate them into practical SharePoint configurations and workflows, and continuously improve user experience.
* Support a Diverse User Base: Provide high quality support to a wide range of customers, both in our office and at various site locations, adapting to different needs and environments.
* Collaborate for Success: Work closely with other IT teams to integrate and optimise our systems, driving innovation and ensuring seamless service across the organisation.
What you'll bring
* Hands on SharePoint Online administration experience including permissions models, site configuration, content types/metadata and document library design.
* Working experience with Power Automate (workflows, approvals, notifications) and familiarity with modern SharePoint features.
* Practical understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, and identity/permissions concepts.
* Strong communication skills and a service-focused, detail-oriented approach.
