Ginger Sport & Quest Football Academy are seeking an Operations & Coach Success Manager to lead operational performance, coaching quality, venue success, and business growth across our programs.
This is a critical leadership role with real impact - supporting thousands of children each week and driving the success of our venues and coaching teams.

About the Role
The Operations & Coach Success Manager is responsible for ensuring venues, programs, and coaching teams operate at a consistently high standard and continue to grow.
You will be a key driver of:
* Operational excellence
* Coaching quality and capability

* Team culture and development
You will work across all facets of the business - operations, scheduling, coaching, venues, customer experience, and administration - and play an active role in the leadership team shaping our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
Operations, Systems & Scheduling (Primary)
* Own weekly operational planning and priorities
* Manage coach scheduling, changes, and allocations
* Oversee operational support channels and coach hotline
* Maintain systems for equipment, stock, and assets
* Ensure documentation, processes, and systems are maintained and followed
* Identify urgent matters and act quickly and decisively
Venue & Program Performance
* Drive venue utilisation, growth, and booked-out sessions
* Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Implement strategies to improve enrolments and retention
* Identify expansion opportunities (new sessions, venues, locations)
* Contribute to program design across early years, schools, OSHC, academies, and events
Coach Success & Delivery Excellence
* Conduct one-to-one feedback and development sessions with coaches
* Lift delivery standards through training, resources, and support
* Develop and implement session plans, guides, and learning tools
* Ensure safety, engagement, and professionalism across all programs
People, Performance & Culture
* Lead coaching professionalism (punctuality, behaviour, presentation, engagement)
* Build strong relationships with centres, educators, families, and internal teams
* Provide clear feedback, performance support, and conflict resolution
* Role-model company values and protect culture
Commercial & Business Success
* Contribute to revenue targets, budgets, and gross profit outcomes
* Apply a commercial mindset to optimisation and problem-solving
* Ensure venues operate sustainably and profitably
Recruitment, Onboarding & Training
* Recruit, onboard, and develop coaching staff
* Lead induction and quarterly training sessions
* Create training tools, guides, and operational resources
Leadership & Strategy
* Manage projects and tasks in ASANA
* Contribute insights and recommendations to leadership
* Play an active role in organisational growth and improvement

Role Details
* Full-time, Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
* Occasional evenings or weekend events as required
* Based at our Hawthorne office
