Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
Role Description
Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Construction Management or Project Management (or equivalent).
Knowledge of EHS laws and regulations is a must.
Knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards, the Building Certification process, and an understanding of best practices are required.
Good and effective verbal & written communication skills are required.
Ability to write and manage construction programs.
Local experience in construction management is a must; (Mandatory requirement).
Must be an Australian Citizen.
