Job Opportunity: Senior Property Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and managing complex property matters across our diverse land portfolio.
* Delivering specialist advice on property acquisitions, disposals, easements, road closures, Crown land, and leases/licences.
* Acting as the Council's Native Title Manager and providing guidance on related legislative matters.
* Leading stakeholder engagement across internal teams, government agencies, and the public.
* Mentoring and supporting team members to build internal capability and succession planning.
* Representing the Property Services Manager when required and contributing to strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will have recognised tertiary qualifications in a property field, approved training or qualifications to satisfy State Government requirements, and extensive experience in local government property management and property dealings. A Class C Driver's Licence and proof of right to work in Australia are also required.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
