This is an exciting chance for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Dispensary Technician to join our ever growing and well-loved family business. In this fast paced, multifaceted role, you are required to perform tasks in our busy dispensary, assist our pharmacists and our patients with your amazing pharmacy knowledge.
To be considered for this role you must have a Recent New Zealand Pharmacy Technician certificate level 4 or 5.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with their prescription and general enquiries
* Assist Pharmacists in dispensing medications
* Counselling customers about medications
* Dispensary stock management and replenishment
* Updating customer files and other administrative tasks
Skills
* Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Experience working in the dispensary
* Solid eye for detail and accuracy
* Robust interpersonal, organisational and problem‐solving skills
Certifications
* Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum
