My client is a leader in the industry with a reputation that precedes their business. For a customer success project they are upgrading a major operating system that will enable better customer service.
We are looking for a Senior Change Analyst / Change Manager proficient in Prosci / ADKAR methodology to support the roll out and a smooth change impact.
**Western Sydney | Hybrid | 12motnh FTC | $150K + Super**
**Responsibilities**:
Provide change management support for the IT Project
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including senior leaders to support the delivery of the project
Undertake change analysis activities including change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and change readiness assessments for the Project
Conduct training needs analysis, document learning requirements, and make recommendations
Design, develop and deliver training and learning materials such as videos (using Camtasia), quick reference guides and other tools where appropriate
Your background
Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent
Strong skillset in SharePoint, Camtasia, PowerPoint, MS Excel and other tools to support with change analysis, communications and the development of online learning tools
Experience coordinating and / or managing change initiatives, in a complex and often challenging commercial environment.
A sound understanding of project delivery principles and the ability to identify and mitigate risks and delays
Demonstrated experience supporting change initiatives including delivering change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
