Role Overview
A dynamic Electrician is required to join our team, working in a multi-cultural environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical work including preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and new installations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safe and proper use of battery, electric and pneumatic (air) power tools and workshop machines.
* Provide support to the team you are assigned to in all matters.
* Running of cables onboard naval and commercial vessels.
* Termination of fixed wiring onboard naval and commercial vessels
* Fitting of cable support systems onboard naval and commercial vessels.
* Soft soldering of terminations within panels, junction boxes etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Australian recognised Electrical Trade Certificate
* A current Induction for Construction Work (White Card).
* A current Qualified Supervisor Certificate (Electrical Licence)
