About the role: This 2 year Traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in a Manage Services Provider organisation: Level 1 IT service desk support and professional customer service Microsoft cloud services and user administration Network infrastructure and connectivity troubleshooting Ticketing systems, monitoring platforms and real-world IT environments We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about technology and has a strong desire to build a long-term IT career Able to display basic technical knowledge Hands-on and has an interest in computers (e.g. building PCs, setups, troubleshooting) Customer-focused with strong communication skills Willing to learn and can adapt in a fast-paced environment Able to provide a current and valid drivers' licence What can you expect from us?
