Responsibilities
The Incredible Opportunity
As our Project Engineer, you are the final gatekeeper of quality before our tech leaves the atmosphere. You'll develop comprehensive tests to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of Myriota's products, collaborating closely with Design and Manufacturing teams to ensure every device meets our 85% connectivity mission standards.
* End-to-End System Testing: Develop and document comprehensive test plans and pass/fail criteria to ensure products meet all key customer requirements.
* Manufacturing Test Development: Conduct DFT analysis, participate in DFMEA/PFMEA activities, and develop test specifications for manufacturing testers.
* Quality Assurance: Perform audits of contract manufacturers (CMs) and conduct Cpk analysis on test results to ensure global consistency.
Qualifications
What We'll Like About You
* The Technicals: A Degree in Electronics Engineering with 5+ years of experience in test plan development, manufacturing processes, and DFMEA.
* The Toolkit: Exposure to Altium for electronic design, firmware development for testing, and proficiency with RF testing or EMC compliance.
* The Human: High attention to detail and a trait of collaborative problem-solving across multidisciplinary teams.
