The Blade Repair Technician is responsible for performing fiberglass repairs, conducting blade inspections, and carrying out rope access duties on wind turbines. The role involves working across multiple wind farms, ensuring quality maintenance and repair work, and supervising small teams as needed.

Location: Various Wind Farms around Australia
Reporting to: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
Perform fiberglass repairs (Category 1 to Category 5) on wind turbine blades.
Conduct blade inspections using rope access, aerial platforms, or other access methods.
Execute rope access duties for various maintenance and repair tasks.
Work across multiple wind farms, adhering to site-specific safety protocols and procedures.
Supervise and manage small teams during repair and inspection projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
Maintain detailed reports and documentation of inspections, repairs, and team activities.
Follow all Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations, including PPE requirements and hazard management.
General Business Responsibilities

Maintain company-supplied items and equipment in a clean and tidy manner at all times, including uniform, cleaning equipment, rope access equipment and any other items you may be in possession of throughout your employment.
