* Provide personal care and daily living support
* Assist with manual handling and use of aids
* Support clients with complex needs and medical requirements

Requirements
Essential:
* Experience supporting disability clients
* Confidence in manual handling and use of aids
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work
* Basic computer skills
* Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
Desirable:
* Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
* Knowledge of disability services
