Salary: $140k-$170k + Super (depending on experience) Location: Eastern Suburbs Projects: High-end residential builds up to $5M On Offer Work with a well-established, reputable builder known for quality and craftsmanship Strong team culture, low staff turnover, supportive leadership High-end projects you'll be proud to put your name to Competitive salary package based on experience ($140k-$170k + super) Role You will take full responsibility for managing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and delivery across luxury residential projects.
Responsibilities Manage onsite trades, subcontractors and project timelines Ensure all works meet strict quality, safety and compliance standards Coordinate materials, suppliers and scheduling Report to the Project Manager on progress and key milestones Build strong relationships with clients, architects and consultants Drive best practice and uphold the company's high-quality reputation About You Proven experience running residential projects up to $5M Carpentry background essential Strong communication, leadership and planning skills High attention to detail and a passion for luxury residential construction Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities on site If you have a passion for luxury homes and want to work on some of Sydney's most impressive builds, we'd love to hear from you.
