About the Role

We're offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Grade 3 Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our acute services team on an ongoing basis, with full-time or part-time opportunities considered. Working alongside highly respected clinical experts, this role offers the chance to further develop your leadership capabilities, contribute to service innovation, and make a meaningful impact in the delivery of pelvic health care.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring the following:

* Extensive experience in physiotherapy assessment, intervention, case management and discharge planning across the continuum of pelvic health care
* Advanced knowledge in the application of evidence and theory to practice in the area of Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
* Ability to contribute to professional development of undergraduate, professional and postgraduate physiotherapists as well as the wider multidisciplinary team

On a personal level, you will demonstrate:

* Recognised clinical leadership experience in an acute physiotherapy service, including service development and leading others through change
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver safe, consumer focused care
* Previous experience contributing to formal research projects and quality improvement activities
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Advanced skills in organisation, time management, planning and priority setting

Mandatory requirements of the role

* Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent.
* Relevant post‐graduate qualifications in Pelvic Health.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
