Portfolio Leader Position
This leadership role oversees a diverse portfolio of 6 retail stores across Sydney and Canberra.
About The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding store team leaders to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold quality brand standards, and achieve store objectives in a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach store team leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store objectives.
* Manage staff scheduling and recruitment activities.
* Develop and implement effective induction/onboarding processes, performance management systems, and overall operations of stores.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising plans and Mystery Shopper standards.
* Optimize profitability by effectively managing store budgets and revising KPIs and sales targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a retail manager, cluster manager, or area manager.
* Motivation to lead and drive teams to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated success in commercial management and profit/loss optimization within a retail setting.
* Ability to coach and train teams to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
