You'll be hands-on, strategic, and people-focused – balancing the commercial with the creative to deliver exceptional results and an inspiring brand experience every day.Key Responsibilities :Lead and mentor a team of Store Managers to deliver sales and service excellence.Drive performance through strong commercial planning, KPI management, and operational standards.Build capability across your region through consistent coaching, feedback, and development.Ensure brand consistency across visual merchandising, client experience, and presentation.Partner closely with national retail leadership to execute key initiatives and elevate performance.About You :Current or recent Area or Cluster Manager within fashion retail (apparel experience essential).
