Salary & Benefits
$81,000 – $120,000 per year FTE (inclusive of super)

Early Careers Program & Support

You'll benefit from:
* A comprehensive induction program while you build your caseload
* A structured early careers training pathway (first 12–18 months)
* Regular clinical supervision and mentoring
* Training in Positive Behaviour Support and autism-specific approaches
* Ongoing monthly professional development sessions
* A gradual, supported transition to managing your own caseload
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting 3–4 participants per day in community settings
* Working collaboratively with participants and their families/support networks
* Building practical, functional skills that support everyday life
* Developing strengths-based, person-centred support strategies
* Working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in:
o Occupational Therapy, or
o Speech Pathology
* 1–3 years' experience (or new graduates encouraged to apply)
* Interest in working with autistic people and neurodivergence
* Willingness to work in community‐based settings
* Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
* AHPRA registration (for OTs)
