About the Role
We are seeking male or female disability support workers for SIL homes in Mandurah and Treeby to join our team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate, high‐quality care to a diverse group with disabilities, supporting them to live independently and engage with the local community. This will be a casual position with shifts available now.

What You'll Be Doing
* Manage your team in the home
* Coordinate with the stakeholders for day to day activities
* Liaison with the Lifestyle Manager
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
* Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote client wellbeing and community inclusion
* Advocate for client rights and ensure their needs are met with dignity and respect
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation
* Collaborate with allied health professionals to develop and implement client-centred support plans
* Provide a safe and secure environment for clients
What We're Looking For
* A Certificate III in Individual Support or an equivalent qualification in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
* Demonstrated experience providing person-centred support to individuals with disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
* A current First Aid certificate and a valid driver's licence
