We are seeking an Employment Coach to join our team and help individuals with disabilities achieve their employment goals and unlock their full potential. As an Employment Coach, you will be guiding, mentoring, and empowering individuals through both group and individual learning sessions.
You will tailor your approach to suit each person's unique learning style, ensuring they gain the skills and confidence to succeed. From delivering practical and theory-based learning to managing documentation and reporting, your attention to detail and collaborative spirit will help us achieve meaningful outcomes together.

About You:
* Experience or Interest: Education or training within the disability industry, or other person-related industry.
* Demonstrated Experience: Supported individuals to learn new skills.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Written and verbal, including negotiation and conflict management.
* Demonstrated Experience: Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships within the community and industry networks.
* Excellent Administration Skills: High attention to detail.
* Computer Literacy: Microsoft suite of programs.
* Time Management and Organisational Skills:
* Solution-Focused Thinking: Initiative in developing innovative approaches to content delivery.
* Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel across a regional area as required.
* Current Driver's Licence: Unrestricted, with comprehensive insurance.
* Relevant Regulatory Requirements: Current or willingness to obtain.
