We are currently looking for an experienced Home Loss Adjuster to join the team. This role will see you use your skills to resolve insurance claims. You will examine reported insurance losses to establish the cause, liability and quantum.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing exceptional levels of service to Clients and their Customers;
- Clarifying circumstances surrounding loss and causation;
- Verifying the nature and extent of loss / damage;
- Quantifying the work of reinstatement (material damage claims);
- Determining policy liability and providing recommendations to clients;
- Contributing to the further growth and success of the Branch and Region
About you:
- Insurance experience, either as a Loss Adjuster, Senior Claims consultant or Claims manager;
- Relevant industry qualifications, particularly ANZIIF or AICLA will be strongly considered;
- Liability or related technical knowledge will be strongly considered;
- Strong organisational, and written / verbal communication skills, with emphasis on effective report writing skills;
- A strong service delivery focus for clients, including insurers, customers and brokers;
- Capable of delivering to stringent deadlines in a compliance driven environment;
- The ability to work under pressure and meet targets;
- The ability to work in a team and contribute its success including team objectives, goals and a united vision towards a positive working culture;
- A desire to learn and undertake ongoing professional development with enthusiasm and a positive nature.
