About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer, the Accounts Administrative Officer is responsible for managing the administration processes for Accounts Receivable within the Arcare finance department.
Responsibilities
* Resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Perform administrative duties as assigned.
* Process means-tested fee letters – input & queries.
* Maintain general filing duties.
* Execute other administrative and accounting duties as required.
* Use Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently.
* Manage time effectively and prioritize work.
* Apply detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
* Organize tasks and multitask as needed.
* Communicate written and verbally with high proficiency.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in financial administration and billing processes.
* Knowledge of office administration and general bookkeeping procedures.
* Knowledge of general accounting principles.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
* Proficiency in software relevant to the position.
* Reliability, flexibility, and teamwork.
* Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration.
