Role Description
This is a full‐time on‐site role based in Canberra for a Construction Project Manager. The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction project management, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members. Responsibilities include ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will manage timelines, allocate resources, and address challenges with innovative solutions to achieve project success.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Construction Project Management, including project planning and execution
* Strong skills in Project Coordination and Budgeting
* Experience in Construction Management and leading teams on‐site effectively
* Solid understanding of Project Management principles, tools, and techniques
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‐solving abilities
* Proficiency in handling multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
* A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards is highly desirable
