About the Role
This strategic position will oversee planning and implementation of paid media strategies, manage digital agencies, and ensure alignment between campaigns, creative, CRM, and product launches across global markets.
* Proven experience in website and ecommerce management with a focus on achieving growth, SEO, paid media, and social strategy.

Responsibilities
1. Update our ecommerce site with the latest marketing campaigns and content to drive engagement and growth.
2. Brief and collaborate on content for high ecommerce performance and thoughtful brand building.
3. Develop and manage global paid media strategies across various platforms.
4. Oversee performance budgets, KPIs (ROAS, CAC, COS), and pacing across channels and regions.
5. Own performance marketing content strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand directions.
6. Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel media campaigns to generate awareness, capture lead acquisition, and improve conversion online and in-store.
7. Act as our primary contact for digital agencies and partners, leading campaign briefing, media planning, and reviews.
8. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and high-converting landing pages, overseeing testing cadence for ad creative, landing pages, and audience segments.
9. Collaborate with ecommerce, CRM, and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign timing.
10. Set up and manage internal ecommerce and performance marketing dashboards, working with the performance team to provide actionable insights and reports.
11. Identify key growth levers in emerging markets and new channels to address both fast and long-term brand growth.
